  Internal processes & customer service need improvement, billing disputes can be resolved if persistent. Pets outcome was positive, which is the most important aspect using this vet.

  NOT HAPPY WITH THIS VET AT ALL! Our family dog was completely misdiagnosed with a spinal injury - he had not eaten in 2 days and - no xrays or blood tests were ordered just tablets and injection given and told to leave the dog alone for 3 weeks.! Sadly our dog got worse in only 3 days and we took him to Rossmore vet who took one look at him and said it had nothing to do with a spinal injury - blood tests were ordered and it was discovered he had a blocked intestine due to maybe cancer. He underwent an op and came through, however his heart was not strong enough and suffered a heart attack after the op. My point being if this vet had diagnosed our dog properly in the first place his heart would have been stronger to survive the operation. The only decent thing they did was give our money back for the tablets and injection. This vet also had the hide to say to me that dogs cant die from heart attacks!
