- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am writing in response to John Gargoura’s review. I am an independent physiotherapist who works along side with Dr Viswanathan in his rooms. I have called and explained this to John. My costs were explained to his wife. I apologize that she felt she had to continue with treatment and in future make it clearer that patients do not have to continue with treatment if they do not wish to. I am sorry that you and your wife were unhappy with the experience and have put procedures in place so this won’t happen again.David upNgoApril 13, 2017
