I went in for an MRI and the staff were attentive to my anxiety as it was the first time I've had it. They were very responsive and really helped me out as I was hesitant and extremely anxious. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Edit: Recently I have been having my scans here for my second pregnancy and I have to say they have improved since I made my comments below. I haven't had the same attitude from the receptionists making bookings. I recently received a call saying they couldn't do my scan on the day I booked but have rebooked at another clinic. They were apologetic about it so that's fine with me. Attitude makes a big difference to me so I've decided to change my rating. "I've had mixed feelings about this place. The receptionists are quite rude on the phone when making appointments. I only go because it's a convenient location. The first time I had a scan for my pregnancy the lady was not very personable. But the second time I had a younger scan technician who was much nicer. Bit of a mixed bag at this place! Overall I don't rate it and wouldn't recommend."Kirsten ChanMarch 24, 2017
